Candida albicans

It is a leavening normal inhabitant of the intestine.

It has predilection by mucous or areas of skin that tends to be humid or macerated.

With more frequency it appears within the oral cavity.

It is rare at tegumentario level, but it can be seen in places where the skin is macerated, in inmunodeprimidos animals it is by chronic, oncológicas diseases or treatments prologados with corticoids.

At oral level it appears in the mucosa of the language, cheeks, lips.

They are linear, whitish injuries, with excessive salivation and disagreeable scent.

Also they can appear at level of the vaginal mucosa.
